D. Interview & Assessment

We interview candidate & shortlisted profile goes through three level assessments before client interview.

E. Client Interview

We don’t just schedule the interview, we make sure that candidate turns-up for interview.

F. Follow-up

We have mastered the art of staying in touch with our candidates & clients throughout the process.

G. Offer Negotiation

We do not want to lose a candidate, especially at this stage. So we have learnt how to not just convince but make candidate happy for the offer.

H. Joining

We collect the proof of resignation & it’s acceptance from the offered candidate. We stay in touch & make sure candidate joins on the confirmed date.
